1. Prohibited Content & Behavior

To protect minors, HEYOME strictly prohibits the following:

• Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE): Any form of sexual content, grooming, or exploitation involving minors.
• Inappropriate Interactions: Unsolicited or inappropriate messages, images, or videos directed at minors.
• Impersonation & Misrepresentation: Users misrepresenting their age or identity to engage in harmful activities.
• Harmful or Violent Content: Any media that promotes self-harm, abuse, or exploitation of children.

Any violations will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where necessary.

2. Reporting & Moderation Policies

HEYOME provides multiple ways for users to report child safety concerns:

• In-App Reporting: Users can report inappropriate behavior, profiles, or content within the app.
• Email Support: Reports can also be submitted via info@heyome.com.
• 24/7 Review Team: A dedicated moderation team reviews reports and takes swift action.

All reports remain confidential, and we work closely with law enforcement agencies when required.

3. Proactive Safety Measures

To prevent exploitation and abuse, HEYOME enforces:

• AI-Powered Content Moderation: Detects and removes inappropriate images, videos, or messages.
• Age Verification Measures: Prevents underage users from misrepresenting their age.
• Safe Communication Guidelines: Automated warnings for suspicious conversations.
• Strict Community Guidelines Enforcement: Continuous monitoring and strict penalties for violations.
